2015-5-11 Question: Q: where is the outbox in outlook for MAC. I am new to using a MAC, i have Microsoft Office for MAC installed. I have Outlook Mail all set up but i cannot find the Outbox folder nor anyway to add it. I use Thunderbird on both Mac and PC and there is No Outbox in that email program either and I don't see any need to add one. I am in the middle of a Hybrid migration and I am migrating mailboxes over in batches. I have one user that saved 1000's of items in folders in her outbox on Outlook. Once the migration took place, I don't see the Outbox or the folders in Office365. What can I do to get those folders over to Office 365.

When you're online and email works normally, you won't see the Outbox. The Outbox appears at the top of the sidebar only when messages are waiting to be sent.
Tip: If you don't see the sidebar, click View > Sidebar.
If email continues to sit in your Outbox, you might be offline. To check, select the Tools tab, and move the slider to Online.

If you change your mind and don't want your message to be sent, you can cancel it while it's still in the inbox.
Select the Tools tab, and move the slider to Offline.
If items are in the Outbox, you can edit or delete them.
