Microsoft office running slow on mac free. Jan 26, 2018 Office for Mac 2016 - All Programs Slow to Launch I'm running High Sierra (10.13.1) on my iMac and had been using Office for Mac 2011. I just installed Office for Mac 2016 and each of the programs I use (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) takes a long time to start-up.
Maybe also look into http://cord.sourceforge.net
Why don't you try downloading it on your computer and see if you can extract the file from the download? Right-click and show package content.
I am trying to update from Version 14.0.0 to 14.1.0 and upward.The Microsoft AutoUpdate bars go all there way across but fails to install the update and a message pops up that says:'One or more update packages could not be downloaded. Microsoft office for mac 2011 update download 2017.
