Dec 11, 2007  I am used to being able to increase or decrease the indent of the bullet points using Tab and Shift+Tab respectively. I am able to do this in Outlook without any problems. However, for some reason this functionality is not included in Word. Now, I know where the. Decrease Indent Shortcut Key: Ctrl + Use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ to decrease indent. This shortcut key helps you to decrease the indent space of the selected text.
